Why has no one invented a space machine that zaps me to Dallas in .5 seconds?  Seriously scientist people?  Get busy.  Mere – I hope today is absolutely perfect and I’d do anything to be with you.  You’re more like a sister than a friend and I can’t wait to celebrate with you in Dallas in one month!  Make Jack buy you some chocolate today and pretend I’m eating it with you.  Love you Mere!

Sweet Easton!  You share a birthday with my best friend.  Pretty cool huh?  I love you so much.  Your smile makes any bad day sweet.  I can’t wait for your arboretum birthday party.  It’s gonna be awesome.  I love how you love your Uncle Matt too.  He brags about you when you’re not around.  And when you pretend you’re Usain Bolt and run like mad into my arms?  I love that too.  I can’t wait to continue to watch you grow up.  Don’t go too fast though ok?  We love you.
